Box Sash Windows

Sliding sash windows will always be part of any full range of joinery. We make box sash windows with traditional weights, and also the more slim-line modern version with spiral spring balances.

Like all our joinery, our sash windows are available in many different styles, including arched tops and can have a variety of fenestration. Sash mouldings provide the same options as our casements and doors, allowing a perfect match if doors and casement windows are also required in the same development.

All sash windows are delivered to site fully finished with three coats of paint and are fully wrapped to protect them on site. No further painting or finishing is required.

Lead times are as little a three weeks from order confirmation and David Salisbury can provide a cost effective fitting service if required.

• 56mm sashes with ovolo or lambs tongue moulds
• 24mm double glazed sealed units manufactured to a 4-16-4 configuration. Conforms to BS5713
• Toughened safety glass to BS6206
• Full Factory glazed
• Weatherproofing using an EPDM double gasket system
